Bootcamp begins with a warm up that improves both flexibility and mobility- getting the body primed and ready for class. It then moves into a fun hybrid of cardio and strength training, wherein modifications are offered. This class will push your limits, while increasing awareness of your body's proper alignment. This will ensure that while you're having fun in class, you're always doing so safely.
